Our practise is currently structured into two main business units; Litigation/Dispute Resolution/ADR Unit and Corporate Unit (which specializes in business transactions and advisory works in our areas of practice). Papa Yaw Owusu-Ankomah heads the Litigation/Dispute Resolution/ADR Unit whiles Godwin Mensah Sackey heads the Corporate Unit.

Each business unit comprises of a blend of qualified lawyers and paralegals committed to providing quality legal services. Notwithstanding our workings in specialized units, our shared knowledge and experiences as a firm are however always brought to bear on each matter we are engaged in.
